Why Daily Fuel?+

Daily Fuel is built for young athletes with a lot asked of them. The everyday, all-in-one blend brings 21 grams of grass-fed protein per serving together with collagen-supporting ingredients and a blend of 60+ organic superfoods, vitamins and minerals.

One shake, mixed in water or milk, covering nutrition that's otherwise hard to fit around school, practice and everything in between.

Who Should Take Daily Fuel?+

Built for developing athletes ages 8 to 22 who need consistent, complete nutrition around school, practice, and games. If your athlete is a picky eater or training hard, Daily Fuel gives their body the fuel to recover and grow.

If you have any concerns, check with your pediatrician before adding it to their routine.

Best Time Of Day+

Any time works. Most families use it two ways:

• Morning: a shake to start the day fueled before school.
• Post-practice: a recovery shake after training or games.

Scoop, shake with 8 to 12 oz of water or milk, and drink.

Daily Fuel

Vitamin A (natural beta-carotene)

Dosage450 mcg
What it is +

A fat-soluble vitamin delivered as natural beta-carotene, a plant-sourced carotenoid the body converts to active vitamin A (retinol) as needed.

Why we use it +

Supports normal vision, immune function, cell growth, and skin health. Using beta-carotene rather than pre-formed retinol lets the body regulate how much it converts based on need, which is a helpful safety profile in a daily formula.

Sea Salt

Dosagenot listed
What it is +

Salt harvested from evaporated seawater. Primary components are sodium chloride plus trace minerals.

Why we use it +

Contributes sodium (an electrolyte) and rounds out flavor by balancing sweetness and suppressing bitterness.

Source +

Iodine (from MWO VerdeMins plant-based matrix)

Dosage15.95 mcg
What it is +

Iodine delivered in a plant-based mineral matrix (proprietary to MWO VerdeMins), a whole-food source rather than a synthetic salt such as potassium iodide.

Why we use it +

Iodine is used to make thyroid hormones (T3 and T4), which influence metabolism, growth, and neurological development during childhood and adolescence.

Source +

Iron (as Iron Hydrolyzed Whole Protein Chelate)

Dosage0.37 mg
What it is +

Iron bound to hydrolyzed (pre-digested) whole proteins - similar to how iron is carried in food. Chelation can improve absorption and tends to be gentler on the stomach than inorganic iron salts such as ferrous sulfate.

Why we use it +

Iron is used by the body to make hemoglobin and myoglobin, which transport and store oxygen in blood and muscle. Low iron status can affect aerobic capacity and cognitive focus, making this a relevant nutrient for active young athletes.

Source +

Grass-Fed Whey Protein Concentrate

Dosagenot listed (quantity not disclosed)
What it is +

Whey protein concentrate from the milk of grass-fed cows. A complete protein containing all nine essential amino acids and naturally high in branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), including leucine, which plays a role in muscle protein synthesis.

Why we use it +

Offers a high-quality, rapidly absorbed protein that can support muscle protein synthesis, lean muscle growth, and recovery from training.

Why we use it +

Calcium is one of the most abundant minerals in the body and contributes to bone and teeth mineralization, muscle contraction, nerve signaling, and blood clotting. The Lithothamnion source provides calcium alongside naturally occurring co-factors rather than as an isolated salt.

Dosage185 mcg
What it is +

Vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form, a long-chain menaquinone with a longer circulating half-life than K1 or MK-4 (hours for K1/MK-4 vs. days for MK-7), which allows for steadier activation of K-dependent proteins.

Why we use it +

Excellent product. Son has been preparing for Freshman football and using thread the entire offseason. Increased gains, energy, and focus. It is noticeable!!

M
Michael R.
Thread is now a part of our fabric.

Micah has been using Thread Daily Fuel for about five months, and it has become a consistent part of his daily nutrition routine. As a young athlete, it can be difficult to make sure he is getting enough quality nutrition every day, especially with school, practices, games, training, and a busy schedule. Thread Daily Fuel has helped us stay consistent and support his daily nutrition goals in a simple way.

What we love most is that it feels like more than just a protein shake. It gives us a convenient option that includes protein, superfoods, vitamins, and minerals, which makes it easier for us to fill in the gaps on busy days. Micah enjoys it, it fits into his routine, and as a parent, I appreciate having something dependable that supports the work we are already doing with his meals, training, and recovery.

This product has been a great addition to Micah’s athlete lifestyle. We are not using it as a shortcut or a replacement for real food, but as a helpful daily tool to support consistency. After six months, we can honestly say Thread Daily Fuel is something we trust and plan to keep as part of his routine.

Too chunky

Too chunky. Doesn’t mix completely, even with using the shaker bottle. It definitely is not a “smooth” texture. It’s like little pieces of one or more of the ingredients does not fully dissolve. My son won’t drink it due to the texture.

The best tasting protein we’ve ever had!

My 15 year old son is already loving this protein shake. He currently is drinking this to keep his calories up since he had some oral surgery yesterday. He is excited to see how he does during his second year of high school baseball next spring and through his work outs in the summer.

Some of the best tasting protein I’ve tried also and even our youngest loved the taste of it. He’s the pickiest eater. Y’all did something great here. Pretty excited to see him in action and how the supplements will help him. He’s normally pretty sore after practices and workouts. (He’s a catcher) No matter how much he stretched, iced, massaged, he’d go days aching. We don’t want him taking too much ibuprofen as he has a liver condition. So we are really hoping the supplements help with his recovery.

Definitely recommend the protein though!

Parent questions, answered

Can this replace a multivitamin?

Daily Fuel is designed as an all-in-one: protein, greens, vitamins, minerals, omega-3s and probiotics in one serving. Check with your pediatrician before dropping other supplements.

What age can they start?

Built and tested for developing athletes ages 8 to 22. For younger kids, check the serving size with your pediatrician.

How much sugar is in it?

Low sugar, no artificial dyes or fillers. See the nutrition label for the exact grams per serving.

When should I drink it?

Any time. Most families make it part of the morning routine or a post-practice shake.

Milk or water?

Either. Water keeps it light, milk makes it creamier and adds calories for bigger training days.

What does it taste like?

Like a milkshake, not a multivitamin. Chocolate and Vanilla, with no chalky protein-shake aftertaste.
