You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition
To qualify for a refund, products do not need to be returned in their original condition or packaging.

Simply visit our Returns Portal: https://threadperformance.com/apps/returns to fill in your order number and shipping zip code. You will have the option to process a refund or exchange for a different product.

Shipping
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping by paying a small returns fee of $1.98 at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be subject to a shipping/handling fee later of $8.00 to ship your item(s) back to us for a return. 

Refund
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund right away.
