    My 14-year old son plays baseball and has a very busy training and game schedule, so we were looking for something easy to add to his daily routine. He really enjoys Daily Fuel, especially the chocolate flavor, and he actually looks forward to having it, which makes it much easier to incorporate into his routine. As a parent, I love that it provides protein, vitamins, and minerals all in one, which is especially convenient for an active young athlete.
