It’s not just a motivation issue... it’s a nutrition issue.

Young athletes today juggle school, sports, social pressure, and tech distractions. But most don’t get the daily nutrients their minds and bodies need to stay dialed in.

A missed breakfast, a sugary sports drink, and an inconsistent diet add up, making focus feel impossible. That’s where we come in.

What Parents Are Noticing — And Why It Matters

Across hundreds of conversations with parents and coaches, we kept hearing the same thing:

“He just seems off lately.”
“She’s exhausted, even with a full night’s sleep.”
“He crashes after lunch or before practice.”
“I don’t know if it’s mental or physical...”

But the more we looked into it, the clearer it became: nutrition is the common denominator.

Young athletes are burning through energy — mentally and physically — but rarely refueling properly. Most are deficient in critical nutrients that impact:

  • Mood regulation
  • Brain function and sustained focus
  • Muscle recovery and injury prevention

Great start!

My son loves the taste, which is usually hard for us to find. He told me last week that he wasn’t gassed at a pick up game Sunday night when he usually is. He is only about 10 days into the program, and we are looking forward to even greater results!

    Odd after taste

My son tried the vanilla 3 different ways. He is not happy with the after taste. We tried mixing with milk, we tried, water and we also tried doing the berry shake. He just could not get the odd taste to go away.
